Through innovation and experimental match funding, this led to, among other things, the development, launch, and support of Extended School Partnerships & Communities. Initially a pilot, this became the mainstream solution which was rolled out across the city.

Assisted in the delivery of the Marsh Farm New Deal programme - £48 million over 10 years.
Led on purchase (for £5m) of large factory for community use. Managed factory and associated equipment and facilities.
Alos coordinated community development and managed multiple projects.

LUTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
Managed a transnational Euro ADAPT project over a three year period. The partnership included small business support agencies from Italy, France, and Germany. Complex funding regime which was fully audited and commended by agents of the European Commission.
Managed Euro KONVER project to enhance links between local environmental technology and sales companies and the Borough's economic development strategy.
Liased with other bodies/projects, including other Local Authorities, TECs, Chambers of Commerce, Universities, and Business Links.
Assisted in the development of the LBC Economic Development Strategy.
